- 16 ounces store-bought refrigerated or frozen bread/pizza dough
- 16 ounces Frigo® Ricotta Cheese
- 6 eggs, lightly beaten
- 8 ounces ham slices
- 4 ounces sliced pepperoni
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 12 ounces Frigo® Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
Preheat the oven to 350oF.
Spray a 9-inch springform pan with cooking spray and divide the dough into two pieces. Roll one piece into a 15-inch circle and drape it gently into the prepared pan. Then, roll the second piece into a 12-inch circle and set aside.
In a medium bowl, combine the Frigo® Ricotta Cheese and eggs. Add the ham, pepperoni, green onion and Italian seasoning and mix well.
Then, sprinkle 1/3 of the Frigo® Mozzarella Cheese over the bottom of the crust. Spread 1/2 of the Frigo® Ricotta Cheese mixture over the Frigo® Mozzarella Cheese and top with another 1/3 of the Frigo® Mozzarella Cheese. Spread with the remaining Frigo® Ricotta Cheese mixture and top with the remaining Frigo® Mozzarella Cheese. Then, gently place the remaining dough over everything. Press the edges together, fold the dough over and press again.
Bake for 60–70 minutes or until the crust is golden. Then, remove the pie from the oven and allow it to cool. Chill overnight and serve at room temperature.
Refrigerate the leftovers.
